The spacious room featured a big double bed with fresh linens, which ensured a restful night’s sleep. The shower was hot and refreshing, and I also appreciated the working fridge in the room. The staff members were genuinely welcoming, contributing to a positive experience. The efficient check-in process made my arrival smooth and enjoyable.

I had neat and huge room complete with AC and a double bed, for instance. And the facilities were good. Central location was a plus.

Exceptionally nice and best possible good budget hotel location adjacent to the train station and other tourist spot, Riyadh and the Center of the City. Had standard king room with a double bed as well as AC:)))

We were choking on cigar smoke in our room, even with the A/C on. The sheets were stained, and there was no hot water to shower. It felt more like a nightmare than a hotel stay—just plain unacceptable.

Clean venue and very amiable and outstandingly accommodating employees...

the room cleanliness was lacking, with unkempt beds and stained linens greeting me upon arrival.
To make matters worse, the washroom had a bad odor and seemed poorly maintained. the air conditioning was inadequate, making it uncomfortable, and the absence of basic necessities like water was quite frustrating.

Truly enjoyed the place, had a good stay for short visit. A great selection of food items served for free breakfast. Location: the hotel was short walk to the train station, and Al Malaz. Al Malaz district was worth exploring. Everything was simply beautiful.

The location is decent, near several landmarks like the National Museum and the Riyadh Water Tower, but the experience was marred by a rude reception staff and poorly maintained facilities. Basic necessities were absent, including soap and toilet paper.
It was far from relaxing, making it the worst accommodation I've encountered.

During my trip to Riyadh, I was eager to visit the National Museum of Saudi Arabia, as I had heard it offered captivating insights into the region's rich history. I chose to stay at the Reef Al Malaz primarily for its proximity to the museum, which allowed for easy access. To my pleasant surprise, the on-site Al-REEF Restaurant exceeded my expectations with its delicious international cuisine.
The reception staff was rude; their unprofessional behavior left a bad impression during my visit.

I stayed on 3 nights, at 2 moments of this trip (so tried 2 different rooms). This is a very basic hotel. No fitness, very basic restaurant - just the basics. But for the price point, if your business is near this location, it is acceptable. Staff was helpful but difficulties in communicating in English (very often message did not go accross). Important for me, room, bath, in general, was clean, no stains, no smell. Do not expect luxury here, it's a 'basic' hotel more geared towards the arabic traveler than the western business man. If you need just a place to crash down a night and it is near your destination, then it's good. Free (very slow) internet.
Staff had very basic English, hard to get message across. Twice I asked for car to pick me up at airport, twice they failed at doing this. Very basic restaurant and services (no healthcare club, etc). Free internet was very slow. Minibar empty, had to ask for things to be brought up. On one night was given room with no desk.

What a cozy little spot for a romantic escape! The hotel's location is super convenient – we were close to major attractions and great dining options, which made exploring so easy. The room we had was spacious and offered a comfy vibe for our stay.
. The cleanliness left something to be desired, and we noticed a bit of a musty smell in the washroom. some basic amenities were missing, like toiletries and drinking water, which definitely could've enhanced the experience. it was a decent stay, but a bit of TLC would go a long way!

Quite place with available parking. Flat screens with many channels. Wifi Free yet slow (I guess this is a DON't like item!)
- No Business Center where I could not print one page for an official business meeting! Staff were not courteous at the reception. Noise of adjacent room was very audible (you think they are with you!)...Breakfast was very modest...Odor in the corridors was not exactly pleasant! 2 elevators, only one working ...slow but tolerable!
